elhovo region countryside photo taken from the train. Elhovo region is very flat and expansive and reminds me a bit of parts of lincolnshire in the uk. In my opinion it's not the best looking part of bulgaria but is popular with british expats as a place to buy homes. This could be due to it's relative proximity to the airport at Burgas (Bourgas), plus property is cheap here.
