Opportunities in Veliko Tarnovo
Recently I visited Veliko Tarnovo and viewed a few nearly built appartments. I was advised by the agents only to consider appartments that were almost built with the roof on.
I viewed a number of appartments ranging in price from 16,000 euros for a small studio to about 31,000 for aa spacious one bedroom.
These discounted appartments seem very good avlue, considering I sold my own 1 bedroom appartment in Veliko Tarnovo in December 2006 for about the same price, as a new one now, and this was just prior to Bulgaria joining the EU in January 2007.
I also saw some tempting deals on land in the area.
